Walt Disney World: It will cost you a few paychecks but it's the happiest place on earth. You have to take the kids at least once. Our blog highlights much of the Disney planning process to help make this dream come true. Our reccomendation is to do your research and decide which parts of the vacation are more important than others. Do you want a nicer hotel with more room to spread out? Or are you comfortable in a smaller, less expensive room because you would rather spend that money on something else, such as a character breakfast? Do you plan on spending your time in one park per day? Or would you like the benefit of going to different parks throughout the day so you can play in one, but see fireworks in another at night. There are many choices and all of them will affect the amount you spend. Peruse thru this blog for tips and feel free to contact us with questions.
Riviera Maya, Mexico: Riviera Maya is home to tons of all-inclusive resorts to choose from but what makes this destination unique is that many of the hotel complexes are built like a compound so everything you could possibly need is right on site. PERFECT for families! They typically have more activities included in their all-inclusive program and larger kids club programs. JIMBO Travels have visited dozens of hotels in the destination and find it a perfect choice for beach lovers, pool lovers, families whose children need constant activities, foodies, and more. Whichever you prefer, there's a resort waiting for you in Riviera Maya.
Costa Rica: (pictured) The best eco-friendly destination you could take your kids too. Howver, JIMBO Travels recomends this as a destination more for the tweens and teens. Zip Lining thru the jungle, horseback riding, hot springs, volcanos, and plenty of other eco-friendly activities are set within Costa Rica. There are also a few good All Inclusive resorts so your children don't eat you out of a paycheck at every meal
Chesapeake Bay, MD: The Hyatt Chesapeake Bay is one of JIMBO Travels favorite places to recommend families in the Northeast Area. Plenty of activities for the kids and its location is perfect. It's a good option for those in the Northeast that want to get away but don't want to fly.
New York City: The great thing about New York is you can give them their dose of culture and fun all in the same place. The allure of Broadway is no longer just for adults now that there are plenty of shows aimed toward the family market. You can also catch a sporting event at the world famous Madison Square Garden or head over to NJ to watch the NY Giants or Jets. You'll also find amazing food from every different culture priced at every different price range.
